Representatives of the TRUSU Campaigns Committee will be out on campus next week encouraging members to make their voices heard on November 7th from 8AM to 8PM by casting a ballot to say YES to a Performing Arts Centre in Kamloops!

We believe that the development of the Performing Arts Centre will enhance the Kamloops community for our members and create important economic opportunities. Students in Trades and Technology programs will benefit from an increased demand for trades workers during the construction phase. Visual and performing arts students will benefit from increased opportunities to showcase their talents. Finally we believe our general membership will benefit from the enhancement of the arts community in the City of Kamloops with an enhanced downtown nightlife including greater opportunities to attend performances of drama, music, film, dance and more!
