Join the TRUSU International Students’ Collective for a discussion of Global Water Issues with Dr. Mahamadou Tounkara of Plan Canada.

Dr.Tounkara is an expert in child rights and international development issues. He served as Country Director for Plan International in Burkina Faso before joining Plan Canada last January. He brought over twenty years of experience working in 38 countries, and expertise in water and sanitation, education, health, microfinance, livelihood and emergency response. His academic background spans engineering, management and finance studies in Burkina Faso, Ottawa and Washington, and he holds a doctorate degree.
