The Sweat it Forward Club is committed to encouraging students at TRU to stay active throughout their studies. We strive to offer group workouts and organized fitness events in support of local charities that align with our values of promoting accessible and inclusive fitness. The purpose of this club is to integrate healthy active living practices into the lives of students while giving back to the community. In partnership with local fitness studios, we hope to create an inclusive community that fuses academics and athletics into the daily lives of TRU Students.
