DESCRIPTION:Looking for a dedicated space to practice\, dance\, and connect outside of class? TRUSU Social Dance Club hosts a weekly Cypher Dance Session every Wednesday evening in the Old Gymnasium. \nIn street dance culture\, a cypher is an energetic circle where dancers freely exchange moves; it’s a jam session\, not a class with routines or performance pressure. Come to drill your fundamentals\, exchange styles across Hip-Hop\, Popping\, House\, Funk\, all styles\, or sit along the perimeter to take in the sounds and support local dancers. All styles\, all backgrounds\, and all skill levels\, from absolute beginners to seasoned movers\, are welcome.
