Seriously\, we’re talking about an actual Carnival! \nOn the last day of Classes – Tuesday\, April 14\, 2026\, join us for the first ever TRUSU Carnival featuring amusement rides (ferris wheel and mega drop)\, food trucks\, live music\, and more! This event is open to everyone. Event admission is free. Rides are $10 for two rides and must be purchased in advance.   \nThe event runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. \n  \nAmusement Ride Pass Instructions:\n\nEach person riding the ride must at least be 106 cm (42 inches / 3.5 ft) tall and no more than 300 pounds (136 kg).\nA ride pass ($10) must be purchased in advance to access the rides.\nEach pass includes two tickets.\nOne ticket = One ride.\nYou may ride the same ride twice or each ride once.\nPasses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

DESCRIPTION:The Chemistry Biochemistry Club is excited to host the 35th Annual Club and Science Faculty Roast this April. This year’s event is taking on a fun\, interactive Taskmaster-inspired theme\, where students and faculty will compete in a series of hilarious challenges and unexpected tasks throughout the evening. The Roast is one of CBC’s biggest traditions\, bringing together science students\, professors\, and staff for a night of laughter\, friendly competition\, and celebration outside of the classroom. Guests can look forward to science-themed games and activities\, a photo booth\, and of course the main event: the roast presentations\, where students and faculty get the chance to lovingly make fun of each other in the best way possible. Expect funny stories\, inside jokes\, unforgettable moments\, and lots of laughter as we celebrate another successful year in TRU Science and give graduating students the perfect send-off.

To address food insecurity on campus and reduce the financial burden on students\, we will give away customized chef’s package to students once every month.  \nOn the second Wednesday of each month\, the TRUSU Services Committee will be hosting a table to giving away free chef’s packages to students at TRU. The event will start at 10:00 am inside the TRUSU building. Each package has enough ingredients to cook healthy home-cooked and delicious meals. \nSupplies are limited. Make sure you stop by at the Services Committee table inside TRUSU building and pick up a healthy Chefs Package. Bon Appetit!!

DESCRIPTION:Post-secondary education can get expensive with high tuition costs\, expensive textbooks\, and rising inflation. At TRUSU\, we believe that no student should have to face food insecurity while striving for their academic goals. To address food insecurity on campus and reduce the financial burden on students\, we will give away customized chef’s package to students once every month.  \nOn the second Wednesday of each month\, the TRUSU Services Committee will be hosting a table to giving away free chef’s packages to students at TRU. The event will start at 10:00 am inside the TRUSU building. Each package has enough ingredients to cook healthy home-cooked and delicious meals. \nSupplies are limited. Make sure you stop by at the Services Committee table inside TRUSU building and pick up a healthy Chefs Package. Bon Appetit!!
