An Evening with Kate Harris

An Evening with Kate Harris

Kate Harris is a writer, explorer, and adventurer. Named by Canadian Geographic as one of Canada’s greatest modern women explorers, Kate Harris describes herself as having “a grudge against borders and a knack for getting lost”. Join us for an evening with Kate, as she recounts her cycling journey along the Silk Road, as described in her book “Lands of Lost Borders”. Kate’s book is an ode to the love of travel and exploration, while also exploring the role of borders on the lives of the people and wildlife which exist inside them.
