Join Deandra Dey for a Discussion on the Evolving Role of Counselling

On Wednesday, September 23 from 1pm-2:30pm join local counsellor Deandra Dey for a discussion on the evolving role of counselling in the modern world! This is part of the TRU Students’ Union’s Breaking Bread series to connect small groups of students with community leaders to share perspectives, foster connections, and build community.

This virtual discussion will consider topics including the challenges and opportunities of online or distance counselling, looking at stigma and counselling, the impacts of global events in 2020 on mental health, and other topics based on your interests.
