Are you curious about the evolving landscape of post-secondary education and the significance of a university degree in the year 2023? Join us for an enlightening and interactive session as we delve into the topic of “The Value of a Degree in 2023” on Tuesday October 17, from 1pm to 2:30pm.
This event will highlight insights from the TRU Dean of Law, Daleen Millard, as well as the Associate Dean of Arts, Dr. Mark Wallin, in order to give students perspectives from a wide range of backgrounds. This event is not just about listening; we want your voice to be heard! We believe in the power of interaction and dialogue, so we’ve set aside time for students to engage with our speakers, ask questions, and share their own experiences and perspectives.
This discussion is part of the TRU Students’ Union’s Breaking Bread series which brings together small groups of students with community leaders to share perspectives, foster connections, and build community. Participation will include the facilitated discussion and a free lunch. Register today to reserve your spot for this limited capacity event.
