Our semester-long dance class series is a series for the absolute beginner. Starting with the basics, with each class students are able to learn more and more moves over the course of the series. Class topics are picked by our instructors, and each lesson compounds knowledge from the one before. Topics covered generally involve the basic step counts used in Swing Dancing and Lindy Hop. Follows and leads rotate through the lesson, and everyone learns to dance together.
Intro to Swing lessons are hosted at the studio space located on the lowest level of the TRU Gym from 7-8 p.m. weekly starting September 25.
