On Tuesday, November 8 from 1pm-2:30pm you’re invited to join a discussion to share your experiences of racism both at TRU and in the Kamloops community. This discussion is open to students, faculty, and staff, and community members and will be facilitated by Evelyn Aseidu. Evelyn is a postdoctoral research fellow in EDI data analysis, research data management, and policy analysis and is currently leading a project at TRU to do cultural mapping of experiences of equity, diversity, and inclusion at TRU.

This discussion is part of the TRU Students’ Union’s Breaking Bread series which brings together small groups of students with community leaders to share perspectives, foster connections, and build community. Participation will include the facilitated discussion and a free lunch.
