Jenna Nickle, a host from the Kamloops YMCA-YWCA, will cover an introduction to meditation and mindfulness during a virtual workshop. She will teach participants how to try a few meditation practices and how to incorporate them into your everyday life

If you are interested in improving your quality of life by incorporating meditation and mindfulness you should attend this workshop.
The workshop is free to attend but spaces are limited. To create a better experience for everyone, we are asking you to register below. Registration will close when we have reached capacity or on Oct. 20, 2021 — whichever happens first. You will receive the link to participate in the event by email by Oct. 25, 2021.
