DESCRIPTION:Post-secondary education is more expensive than ever. Between tuition\, textbooks\, and the rising cost of living\, many students face difficult choices when it comes to stretching their budget. At TRUSU\, we believe that no student should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from while working toward their education. \nThat’s why we’re helping make healthy\, home-cooked meals more accessible through our Chef’s Package Program. Once a month\, TRUSU provides free chef’s packages filled with ingredients to prepare a nutritious and delicious meal at home. \nJoin us on the second Wednesday of every month starting at 10:00 a.m. inside the TRUSU Building\, where the TRUSU Services Committee will be handing out free chef’s packages to TRU students. \nSupplies are limited and packages are available on a first-come\, first-served basis\, so be sure to stop by early to pick up yours. \nHappy cooking—and bon appétit!

SUMMARY:Secwépemc Museum and Heritage Park Tour
DESCRIPTION:Our event will be a tour of the Kamloops Indian Residential School\, followed by an exploration of the Secwépemc Museum and Heritage Park. After participating in this tour and exploration\, we will engage in a debriefing session at either the Berry Walk or the picnic tables near the Residential School. Our debrief and grounding session will include bannock and tea from Kekuli Cafe.
