During month of December the TRUSU Services Committee has partnered with the Pilates Tree to give students an introductory class to the world of Pilates.

Pilates principles include breathing, centering, concentration, control, precision, flow. This is what you will learn with Instructor Christine Waterman. Christine has been a student of Pilates since 1998 and has continued to learn and grow as an instructor in both England and Canada. She brought her over 20 years of knowledge of Pilates to the Kamloops community at The Pilates Tree.
