We are excited to announce that effective June 01, 2020, the Students’ Union will be resuming physical operations. We have been working hard over the past few weeks to be able to reopen the Members’ Services Desk so that we can safely provide in-person service as an option for members. The Members’ Services Desk will re-open for service delivery including UPASS opt-ins and activations, Health and Dental opt-ins and inquiries, Foodbank package pickups, and more. The desk will be open from 10AM to 2PM Monday to Friday to start with future hours being determined as the summer progresses.
While the Members’ Services Desk is reopening, the remainder of the Students’ Union Building including study spaces and the Common Grounds Coffee Shop will remain closed until further notice.
To take advantage of in-person services, students will need to access the Students’ Union Building through the main entrance on the North Side of the Campus Activity Centre (see photo below). Social distancing protocols are in place and we ask students to please follow directions posted on the signage outside upon arrival.
If you are not able or willing to take advantage of in-person services please note that wherever possible we are offering services in an online format at trusu.ca. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
