We are excited to announce that TRUSU has cut the cord in all of our bookable rooms and spaces. You can now present your powerpoint, video, multimedia project, and more on all of the screens and projectors in the TRUSU Building without any cabling or adaptors. This new presentation system will allow you to use any of your wireless devices including your laptops, tablets, and phones to share information with your group. 

To use the new wireless presenting system just ask the front desk staff to turn on the tv or projector in the room that you have booked and instructions for how to connect will appear on the screen. 

1. Connect to the tru or eduroam wireless networks
2. Download & install the airtame app onto your device
3. Open the app and enter the IP address of the screen (displayed on screen) and click share screen.

Our Members’ Services Desk staff have been trained to help you access the screen sharing system so if you encounter any issues please see them at the Members’ Services Desk.
