Have you ever wanted to get more involved on campus? Meet other students with similar interests? Or make a difference in your community? We are looking for two students to join the TRUSU Committees to help implement our activities for the upcoming year! This is a great opportunity to get more involved on campus and gain experience. Member at Large positions run until April 30, 2023. These are paid positions to a maximum of 5 hours per week.

There are currently available positions for Members-at-Large on the University Affairs Committee and the Equity Committee. We will be accepting applications until September 10, 2023. Equity Committee Member-at-Large

The Equity Committee is responsible for planning and implementing equity initiatives to end systems and structures of oppression on campus and in the community. Candidates for the Member-at-Large on the TRUSU Equity Committee must be able to attend a committee meeting on Fridays at 12:30PM for the fall semester.

University Affairs Committee Member-at-Large

The University Affairs Committee is responsible for supporting the Student Caucus and implementing initiatives to create positive changes for students on campus. Candidates for the University Affairs Committee Member-at-Large must be available to attend University Affairs Committee meetings on Thursdays at 12:00PM and for Student Caucus Gatherings once a month on Wednesdays 6:00PM-7:30PM for the fall semester.
