An annual club report is a summary of your club’s activities and achievements over the course of a year. It provides valuable information to assess your club’s progress and plan for the future and provides a record of your activities for future clubs. 

Clubs are required to submit an annual club report each year before July 31st. This report is required in order to renew a club for the upcoming year.
