The Executive Director is responsible for resourcing the executive and board of directors. They are also responsible for managing all of the Students’ Union’s staff and maintaining the physical space of the Students’ Union Building.

The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the campaigns and government relations strategy of the Students’ Union. They are also responsible for providing resourcing for the Campaigns Committee.

The Communications is responsible for the communications and design work for all the internal structures of the Union.

Entertainment Coordinator
The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the annual entertainment plan as well as providing resourcing for the Union’s Entertainment Committee.

Equity Coordinator
The Equity Coordinator, is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the equity initiatives of the Students’ Union and for providing resourcing for the Students’ Union’s Equity Committee.

Educational and Professional Services Coordinator
The Educational and Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the TRUSU Grants Program and the Club and Campus Groups. They also work with the Basic Needs Services Coordinator to resource the services committee.

Basic Needs Services Coordinator
The Basic Needs Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the TRUSU Health and Dental Plan, UPASS, Lockers, Emergency Food Security Program, the Common Grounds Coffee Shop, and the TRUSU Housing Registry. They also work with the Educational and Professional Services Coordinator to resource the services committee.

The University Affairs Coordinator responsible for the implementation of the university affairs plan and resourcing student representatives on institutional committees through the Student Caucus.
