Do you have a lot of books to carry between classes? Have a gym session after school? Or, do you simply want to store your tools for a workshop or a class?
We can help — TRU Students’ Union (TRUSU) has locker rentals available for TRU students to store their books, supplies, and tools at the Kamloops campus.
How Do I Rent A Locker?
You can visit the Members’ Services Desk located in the Students’ Union Building on campus to apply for a locker, or fill out the rental form online.
Locker numbers and lock combinations will be assigned starting the first day of classes and can be obtained at the Members Services Desk.
Because of our limited number of lockers, lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Is There A Fee For Renting A Locker?
Yes, there is a fee of $25 per semester for renting the locker.
Please note: locker fees are non-refundable after the term add/drop deadline is in effect.
When Do I Need To Return My Lock?
All locks must be returned before the last day of the semester — watch for more information in your email.
If you miss out on the deadline to clean out your locker after the rental period is over, there is a $10 charge to retrieve the belongings left in the locker.
Any items left in the lockers after the specified rental period may be discarded at the discretion of TRUSU.
TRUSU is not responsible for any loss or damage of any items contained inside of the rented lockers.
Can I Just Use My Own Lock On A Locker?
No. Any non-TRUSU locks will be removed.
Can I Have More Than One Locker?
Due to limited space, we can only provide one locker per student.
