Law school is hard and being a lawyer is even harder. The aim of The Gavel is to bring levity and a healthy dose of cynicism to law school and the legal profession. A satirical newspaper in the vein of The Onion, The Beaverton, and the Harvard Lampoon, The Gavel is looking for people who are seeking a creative outlet and feel that the reading and writing workload in law school is a little low these days.
