Accidents happen at home, at work, on the road and on the field. Nobody plans for them, but being prepared can make a difference.
That’s why the TRUSU Services Committee is giving away 100 free First Aid Kits on Wednesday, January 20, starting at 10:00 am inside the Students’ Union Building.
Each kit contains essential supplies for cleaning cuts, helping prevent infection and treating sprains. It’s the kind of kit every household should have on hand.
A first aid kit is a good start, but knowing how to use it is even better. At the giveaway, students will also have the opportunity to register for a full-day Basic First Aid course with CPR and AED training taking place on Saturday, February 06 at no cost.
First aid kits are available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Stop by the Services Committee table to pick up a kit and learn more about the upcoming training.
