We are inviting any group of four or more, whether it’s a TRU department, a TRUSU Club, or just friends to pick-up a large basketball-sized holiday tree ornament to help us decorate the Holiday Tree on Campus.
How it works:
- Sign up on the form below and pick up a large basketball sized ornament from the Members Services Desk starting November XX. Available on first come first serve basis. Only 25 available.
- Host a small social with your group/department/club to come together and decorate the ornament. Your group will have to provide all the supplies required to decorate the ornament.
- Drop of the decorated Ornament to the Members Services Desk any time before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Nov 25, 2026. Our vendor will put up all the ornaments on the Holiday Tree on Friday, November 27, 2026.
- Consider attending the Winter Fest and the official Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Groups with 4 or members present at the event will have a chance to win $300 Gift Card to the Den. The prize is drawn at random from all the groups who bring the decorated ornament by the deadline.
