How to Find Your Course Registration Data Form
Frequently Asked Questions
- I don’t have a benefit code
You must be registered (not waitlisted) in at least one on-campus course in Kamloops to get your benefit code. Registered students will begin receiving emails to their myTRU accounts with benefit codes ten (10) days before the semester starts. If you are not registered for any classes at this time, you will receive your benefit code within two (2) business days of your registration. Contact the Basic Needs Services Coordinator if you have any questions about your UPASS Benefit Code. - Can I opt-in to the UPASS?
There are no opt-ins for the UPASS program. If you are not registered in a course for the semester, you can purchase a regular monthly bus pass from any City of Kamloops vendor. - Why can’t I find ‘UMO’ in the App Store?
The app can be found in both the Canadian Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching “Umo Mobility.” Please note that you must be connected to a Canadian app store to download the Umo Mobility app that connects to BC Transit services. - Do I need to use cellular data to use the UMO app?
No. As long as you have a fare loaded to your Umo account, your app will make the connection and validate your fare product even if you have cellular data turned off or are in an area outside of cellular service. The mobile app does not need to use data to validate your fare.
