TRUSU Wildlife Club Our event will be a tour of the Kamloops Indian Residential School, followed by an exploration of the Secwépemc Museum and Heritage Park. After participating in this tour and exploration, we will engage in a debriefing session at either the Berry Walk or the picnic tables near the Residential School. Our debrief and grounding session will include bannock and tea from Kekuli Cafe. A tentative schedule for our event can be found below:
On Friday, April 10th, 2026:
- Gather everyone at 12:30 pm
- Leave TRU at 12:45 pm
- Arrive at KIRS at 12:55 pm
- Tour takes place 1:00-2:30 pm
- Explore the museum 2:30-3:00 pm
- Debrief with bannock and tea 3:00-3:45 pm
- Gather everyone and leave at 3:45 pm
- Arrive back at TRU 4:00 pm
