TRUSU Combat Robotics Club aims to bring a National Havoc Robot League (NHRL) experience to TRU campus. We’ll meet to discuss ideas about, design, build, and fight robots. Combat robotics has been around since the late ’80s and has being going strong since. Following the NHRL’s ruleset (https://www.nhrl.io/rules), we’ll be building bots in the 3 lb beetleweight bracket allowing for the greatest range of creativity and higher powered bots without breaking the bank. We hope to bring together people from many backgrounds and experiences to build the best bots we can. Anyone interested in building combat robots is welcome!
