Welcome to the TRUSU Campus Life Passport. Your all‑year adventure to connect socially outside of the classroom. Collect digital stamps as you explore TRUSU events, connect with fellow students, and unlock chances to win incredible prizes worth up to $10,000.

How It Works
1. Sign Up
Enter your information below to sign up for your free digital TRUSU Campus Life Passport. Follow the steps and your digital card will be emailed to you.
2. Attend Eligible TRUSU Events
At each eligible event, visit the TRUSU Campus Life Passport Station to scan your passport QR code. Your stamp gets recorded instantly.
Collect one digital stamp at each of these TRUSU Campus Life events:
- Pride Parade
- Welcome Breakfast
- Clubs Day
- Outdoor Movie Night & Food Truck Festival
- Fall Games Night
- Winter Fest
- TRUSU AGM
- Winter Games Night
- TRUSU Carnival
Each event = 1 stamp.
3. Collect Prizes & Rewards
Campus Life Passport holders will have access to all sorts of great prizes at each individual TRUSU event. Attend, check in, and you’re entered to win. Plus the more events you attend the better your chance of winning our grand prize at the year-end TRUSU Carnival.
Grand Prizes
At the end of the academic year, we’ll host the Campus Life Passport Grand Prize Draw at TRUSU Carnival. Any student who has scanned their campus-life passport at five or more events throughout the year will be entered to win a travel pass to put towards the trip or travel experience of their choice:
- 2 students will receive: $2000 Travel Pass
- 2 students will receive: $1,000 Travel Pass
- 2 students will receive: $500 Travel Pass
Weather it’s travel home, a ski trip, or a relaxing getaway – travel passes can be used for your choice of flights, hotels, and/or other travel experiences.
How Grand Prize Entries Work
You need to check in at five (5) TRUSU events listed above to earn your first entry into the grand prize draw.
After that, every additional event from the list you attend earns you another entry. More events = more entries = more chances to win.
5 stamps = 1 grand prize entry
6 stamps = 2 grand prize entries
7 stamps = 3 grand prize entries
8 stamps = 4 grand prize entries
9 stamps = 5 grand prize entries
Terms & Conditions
This Campus Life Passport Activity is funded by Thompson Rivers University Students’ Union (TRUSU).
Activity Duration
The Campus Life Passport runs from September 9, 2026, to April 14, 2027.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the activity, the person must be a TRUSU member.
Fraud Prevention
To maintain the integrity of the program, TRUSU staff may verify the identity of a passport holder by checking their student ID against the digital passport.
If TRUSU, as determined at its sole discretion, suspects fraudulent behaviour or gaming the system including, but not limited to, a person sharing their passport with any other person, presenting themselves as someone who they are not, for the purpose of benefiting from this activity, TRUSU reserves the right to disqualify the persons involved from participating any further in this Promotion and to take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, withholding the prizes already awarded the person.
