Post-secondary education is more expensive than ever. Between tuition, textbooks, and the rising cost of living, many students face difficult choices when it comes to stretching their budget. At TRUSU, we believe that no student should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from while working toward their education.
That’s why we’re helping make healthy, home-cooked meals more accessible through our Chef’s Package Program. Once a month, TRUSU provides free chef’s packages filled with ingredients to prepare a nutritious and delicious meal at home.
Join us on the second Wednesday of every month starting at 10:00 a.m. inside the TRUSU Building, where the TRUSU Services Committee will be handing out free chef’s packages to TRU students.
Supplies are limited and packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to stop by early to pick up yours.
