The TRU Law Chapter of the First Generation Network supports students who are the first in their families to pursue post-secondary education, or more narrowly, law school. Our goal is to reduce barriers faced by first-generation law students by fostering community, providing mentorship, and connecting members with resources to thrive in law school and beyond. We collaborate with law firms, faculty, and student organizations to create opportunities that help prepare our members for successful legal careers.
