Join us for an Intro to Powerlifting session designed for beginners and anyone curious about strength training. We’ll start with a short presentation explaining what powerlifting is, how it works, and what to expect as a beginner.
After the presentation, we’ll go through the three main powerlifting lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. A qualified coach will be present to lead the session, assist with lifting, and make sure everyone is using safe and proper technique. Each lift will be broken down step-by-step, including setup, form cues, and common mistakes.
