Please note that to be eligible to receive funding, the Services Committee must review your application at a Services Committee meeting before the start of your event, conference, or lecture. Ensure your application is submitted by the Application Deadlines in the table below associated with a Services Committee Meeting before your event, conference, or lecture date. Funding will not be approved retroactively.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible.

1. Application Deadline: This is when your application must be received to be reviewed at the Services Committee meeting on the far right column.
2. Services Committee Meeting: The meeting date when you will present your application to the TRUSU Services Committee. At this meeting, the services committee will vote on funding for your application. Your event cannot take place before this date and be eligible for funding.
