At TRUSU, we know that health and wellness have a big impact on how well students do in their studies. Unfortunately, many students tend to neglect these aspects, and it can affect their academic success and overall university experience.

That’s why we organize the TRUSU Wellness Series throughout the school year! We have awesome events, activities, and even cool SWAG giveaways for students, and the best part is they’re often discounted or free. Our aim is to help you learn new skills, make new friends, stay active, and take care of yourself while having a blast!
