Campaigns Committee Executive Member (1)

Rayyan Khan
Weytkp!
My name is Rayyan Khan, and I am requesting your endorsement for the Campaigns Committee Executive position. I currently serve as Campaigns Representative and represent students on TRU’s Senate. As a student leader, I’ve successfully worked on projects like Academocracy, We Ride, Students Vote, Student Voices, Students for Sustainability, and Breaking Bread.
In the upcoming year, I plan on continuing the progress on capping international tuition fee, improving public transit, increasing affordable housing, amplifying common voices, revitalizing Breaking Bread, representing TRU at BCFS, providing relevant industry connections for students, and reducing students’ expenses with the Deals app.
Formidable representation leads to stronger advocacy, and ideas turn into actions. The goal is to transform the Board’s collective vision into movements that remove the hollow nature of empty promises. I believe none of us should have to worry about getting a job post-graduation while we struggle to choose between rent and groceries every month.
Your voice needs to be heard at the local, provincial, and federal levels, and with your support, we will take the initiative to reach out to all relevant offices in British Columbia.
Be bold and demand real change – Vote for Rayyan Khan for Campaigns Committee Executive

What happened to that?
How many more bingo and trivia nights are we going to settle for? Your university life should be more than just another over priced night at Carols, Central, Earl’s or Night Shift.
