Do you want to learn more about what your Students’ Union has been up to over the last year? Do you want to meet the students and staff that represent you? Do you have ideas or issues you want to share with your representatives? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you should consider attending the TRUSU Annual General Meeting on Jan. 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the Campus Activity Mountain Room.

Each year the Students’ Union hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for all of its members. The AGM is a chance for members of the Union to hear from the Union’s leadership and provide feedback to assist with the direction of the Union in the upcoming year. During the meeting members will be provided with a report on the previous year’s activities by all Union committees, review the Audited Financial Statements to ensure they are familiar with the financial health of the Union, and review the Annual Budget for the current year expenditures. In addition, students will have an opportunity to ask questions of their representatives and to highlight any issues they think should be addressed by the Union moving forward.
