Knowledge Makers Indigenous Undergraduate Research at Thompson Rivers University is opening its call for applicants!

This workshop is hosted on a weekend, and provides students the opportunity to find a subject that is of importance to them, and their community. With the support of an elder, Indigenous academic mentors, and peers students will learn how to map out their research idea to begin the writing process.
Childcare is provided on site, and we encourage students to show up as they are within this intergenerational Indigenous space.

After the completion of the workshop, students will be paired with a faculty mentor who will assist in fully developing their ideas. One-on-one writing support, citation guidance and support is also available with our dedicated, kind, and experienced research team from 1st draft to completion.
And of course, at completion of final draft students receive $1000!
