Join us for an unforgettable guest lecture with Dr. Ian Q. Whishaw, a professor in Psychology and Neuroscience. Students, staff, and faculty are all welcome!

Dr. Ian Q. Whishaw from the Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge will be on campus to present on the brain and behavioural neuroscience.  His research entails the origins of hand use and the uses of the hand. Current research projects concern the development of hand use in infancy, hand use in nonhuman primates, and hand use in Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. He is also the author of 3 books (including the textbooks used in TRU’S PSYC 2040: Introduction to Biological Psychology and PSYC 3390: Neuropsychology classes). Free snacks will also be provided!
