We are inviting any group of four or more, whether it’s a TRU department, a TRUSU Club, or just friends to pick-up a large basketball-sized holiday tree ornament to help us decorate the Holiday Tree on Campus.  

How it works:  

• Sign up on the form below and pick up a large basketball sized ornament from the Members Services Desk starting October 30. Available on first come first serve basis. Only 40 available.  

• Host a small social with your group/department/club to come together and decorate the ornament. Your group will have to provide all the supplies required to decorate the ornament. 

• Drop of the decorated Ornament to the Members Services Desk any time before 1:00 PM on Thursday, Nov 16, 2023. Our vendor will put up all the ornaments on the Holiday Tree on Friday, November 17, 2023   

• Consider attending the Winter Fest and the official Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 22, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Groups with 4 or members present at the event will have a chance to win $400 Gift Card to the Den. The prize is drawn at random from all the groups who bring the decorated ornament by the deadline.
