The Thompson Rivers University Students’ Union invites your organization to participate in its annual Back to School Events from September 8 to September 21, 2023. These events are a chance for students to start the academic year with a bang and to become acquainted with their fellow students, faculty, staff, and members of the community.

With more than 7,000 students anticipated to attend these events, participating in these events will allow you to reach out a variety of both new and returning students.

Sponsorship Add-on Options
- Single Vehicle in the BBQ Area – $700
- Two Vehicles or Single Large Vehicle (Bus etc) in the BBQ Area – $1,400

Applications for sponsorship must be completed by Thursday August 24, 2023 in order to attend the Back-to-School BBQ.
